About Us

The Singapore-China Foundation (SCF) was established in 2004 and formally launched by Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and then People’s Republic of China (PRC) Premier Wen Jiabao in 2007.

The Foundation aims to foster close people-to-people ties and contribute to the warm bilateral relations between Singapore and China. The current patron of the SCF is Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
